Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance or use the app directly to change.

Cancellation Fee

  • Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Fee Amount: The cancellation fee can be full payment of your booked treatment if less than 24 hours.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).

Deposits and Prepayments

  • Deposits: For all treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service.
  • Forfeiture of Deposits: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be forfeited as part of the cancellation fee.
  • Prepayments: If you have prepaid for your service, any cancellation fee will be deducted from your prepayment, and the remaining balance (if any) will be credited back to you or held for future use.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may adjust our cancellation terms at our discretion.

By booking an appointment with our clinic, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this cancellation policy.
